Gladstone Commercial Corp. of McLean, Va., acquired a data center from Massaro LP at 810 Parrish St., Green Tree, where tenant Expedient Communications has extended its lease for 15 years.

Gladstone said it paid $4.2 million for the property. Expedient continues to occupy the entire 26,080-square-foot building. About 70 to 80 are employed there.

Expedient ‘s other area location is Allegheny Center, North Shore.
