Hardcore U.S. rockers Glassjaw have withdrawn from their pending concert tour because of singer Daryl Palumbo's battle with Crohn's Disease.

Burbank, Calif.-based Glassjaw was ready to hit the road with The Used, but Palumbo's health recently took a turn for the worse, the band said in a release Wednesday. Palumbo has had Crohn's Disease since childhood.

Seminal New York punks H20 will replace Glassjaw on the tour, which has now been pushed back to start Aug. 19 in San Jose, Calif.

In addition to H20, 30 Seconds to Mars and The Street Drum Corps will fill out the bill.

"We wish Daryl well soon, and we know how disappointed he is to be missing this tour," said Branden Steineckert of The Used. "He's a great friend and we'll miss him out there."

The Used will donate merchandise proceeds from the tour to help Palumbo pay his medical costs.
