A Glenwood man was charged with a variety of crimes Friday after he began shooting a gun inside his apartment and wounded a neighbor, city police said. Randolph Dillinger, 42, was charged with discharging a firearm inside an occupied structure, aggravated assault and related crimes after shots were fired through the wall of his duplex shortly after 3 a.m. A 52-year-old neighbor suffered minor eye injuries after being hit by flying debris or bullet fragments, police said. Officers recovered six guns and a large quantity of ammunition from Dillinger's home.
