The H.J. Heinz Co. has begun construction on a new $105 million, 225,000-square-foot, frozen-food facility in Florence, S.C.
The new plant will employ 350 and will allow Heinz to increase production of its Weight Watchers Smart Ones and Boston Market frozen entrees.
