Haitians head to the polls Friday for the final round of parliamentary elections.

The second round of elections for Haiti's legislative was scheduled for March, though there were numerous complaints about the first round in February, Haitian radio reported.

A successful completion of the final round of voting would clear for the inauguration of Haiti's President-elect Rene Preval.

The troubled Caribbean nation has been ruled by an interim government since March 2004 following the departure of former President Jean-Bertrand Aristide, who left the country amid and armed rebellion.
