A collection of "hard to recycle" items will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. July 18 in Washington County.
Cell phones, e-waste, printer/toner cartridges, compact fluorescent bulbs, alkaline batteries and tires without rims will be collected at Steel City Harley Davidson, Route 19 and Racetrack Road, Washington.
Medical supplies such as crutches, canes and walkers also will be accepted. Medications will not.
Fees will be charged for electronics and tires. They range from $35 for console TVs to $2 for phones or tires. Other items will be collected for free.
