The third annual Haunted Hills Hayride is scheduled for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in October.
The hayride will be offered nightly from 7 to 10 p.m. Oct. 23 to 30.
Hayrides will be offered from 7 p.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays and from 7 to 10 p.m. Sundays.
Proceeds will benefit the Autism Society of Pittsburgh and the Spectrum Charter School.

The McKeesport Recreation Department is selling advertisements for a sponsorship book to help support its programs.
Among these programs are an Easter egg hunt, youth and adult sports camps and leagues, the Renziehausen Park Cook-Off, summer concerts and celebrations of the Fourth of July, Halloween and Christmas.

After a hiatus last year due to the 100th anniversary celebration of the St. Sava Church, the choir is resuming its annual concert program. This year’s event will feature a classic mix of choirs, musicians and dancers.
The program will include choral selections, Slavic melodies and several traditional Balkan dances.
Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for students through high school-age.
Beginning at 7:30 p.m., the Zabava Orchestra will play for the dance in the St. Sava Church social hall at 901 Hartman St. Admission is $3 per ticket.
“Wild Willey” Frankfort will tell stories about what frontier families faced settling this area when the Homestead & Mifflin Township Historical Society meets at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Carnegie Library of Homestead.
The society serves the original Mifflin Township of 1799 and 14 current communities and invites the public to the program. Doors open at 6 p.m.

The Rev. Michael Mulhearn, a priest of the Congregation of the Mission of St. Vincent DePaul, will conduct a Vincentian Parish Mission from Oct. 12 to 20 at St. Angela Merici Parish, 1640 Fawcett Ave.
Programs will include special Masses, homilies and social time.
In addition to being a priest, Mulhearn is a licensed forensic psychologist, family and sexual therapist, pilot and blues pianist.
