A federal grand jury on Tuesday added a child sex trafficking count to federal and state charges against a Hill District man Pittsburgh police arrested in February and accused of prostituting a 14-year-old runaway girl, the U.S. Attorney's Office said Wednesday.

William Miller, 37, recruited a minor girl to engage in a commercial sex act between December 2011 and February, federal prosecutors say. He also used a minor girl to produce child pornography, prosecutors say.

Miller also faces six state charges including sexual exploitation of children and promoting prostitution, according to Allegheny County court records.
