Pittsburgh police are seeking a man charged with shooting two people in the Hill District, killing one of them.

Jarrell Liddell, 31, of the Hill District walked up to a car on Lombard Street with another man and told Ronald Washington, 24, “You know what you did to my boy” before shooting him multiple times on Jan. 16, according to a criminal complaint filed against Liddell.

Washington died at UPMC Mercy, Uptown, police said.

A 20-year-old woman who also was in the car survived being shot in the arm and legs, the complaint said.
Liddell is about 6 feet tall and weighs about 175 pounds, police said. He should be considered armed and dangerous, police said.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call police at 412-323-7161.
