All city offices will be closed Thursday and Friday in observance of Thanksgiving. Trash collections scheduled for Thursday and Friday will be pushed back one day.
Allegheny County courts and most row offices also will be closed both days.
Federal courts and state liquor stores will be closed Thursday but will reopen Friday.
Other than express mail, there will be no mail delivery or collection on Thursday.
All Carnegie Libraries will be closed at 5 p.m. today and all day Thursday.
