Federal, state and county offices and courts are closed today in observance of Columbus Day.
PennDOT driver's license and photo centers are closed. Drivers can visit the agency's Driver and Vehicle Services Web site, www.dmv.state.pa.us , for information and some services.
The U.S. Postal Service will not deliver mail, but collection times from post offices will be normal. Express Mail will be delivered.
State liquor stores will be open. Banks will be closed except for some supermarket branches.
City of Pittsburgh offices are open. Trash collection will follow the normal schedule.
