The many political signs along our roadways pretty much carry the same message — the candidate's name and the office being sought. I wonder if voters actually base their votes on who has the most signs, the biggest or even a more attractive photo.

Hopefully, voters will do their duty and some homework and inform themselves of candidate qualifications, experience, record, etc., prior to casting their votes.

Remember, after Tuesday, those signs start coming down, but we have to live with these elected officials and their actions for years to come.
