Irwin site of IBPA Main Street dinner

Irwin Business & Professional Association will hold its annual Meet-Your-Neighbors-on-Main-Street Dinner on March 5 at the Pluma Restaurant, 100 Colony Drive in Irwin.

Residents of Irwin, North Huntingdon, North Irwin, Hempfield Township, Jeannette, Trafford, Penn Township, Manor and Sewickley Township are invited.

The event kicks off at 5:30 p.m. with a cash bar and open discussion about The Irwin Project's Main Street Program with new Main Street Manager Donn Henderson. Dinner begins at 6:15 p.m.

A brief slide presentation titled "2006 -- A Year in Review and Looking Forward to 2007" will follow dinner. The evening will close with a question and answer session about IBPA events.

Tickets are $25. Reservation deadline is Wednesday.
