A presenter at Italy's Sanremo Song Fest suffered a Janet Jackson-like "wardrobe malfunction" during the popular televised event. "Maybe I relaxed a bit too much, I don't know. The fact is, something came out that shouldn't have," Ilary Blasi said after millions of RAI TV viewers got a glimpse of her nipple during the Monday night broadcast. Blasi, 28, retired from dancing before marrying Italian soccer star Francesco Totti last year, ANSA reported. Blasi's slip up wasn't even the highlight of the broadcast, ANSA said.
