It's Martin Luther King Day, and government offices are closed

Holiday closings

Federal, state and county government offices are closed today in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Post offices and state liquor stores are closed, as are district judge offices.

All PennDOT driver's license and photo centers are closed, but customers can obtain products and services online at dmv.state.pa.us.

Many bank offices are closed, and most school districts have a scheduled day off.

Trash will not be collected in Pittsburgh, and other communities might delay collections by one day.
