A Japanese company has invented a vibrating condom and engaged porn stars to test their new product, the Sun reported Friday.

Known as Vicon, the rubber prophylactic is similar to normal condoms with the exception that it has a hard plastic ring at the base, which holds the second part -- a tiny, spherical vibrator that is battery operated and wirelessly activated.

Male porn stars who have been assisting with product evaluation seem positive.

"The women have been thrilled with this," said one actor. "It makes it possible for them to experience two pleasures simultaneously."

Vicon's makers have reportedly also sent hundreds of researchers to brothels to test the device.
