Actress Jeri Ryan has signed on to play a recurring character in the upcoming season of Fox TV's teen drama "The O.C."
The "Boston Public" and "Star Trek: Voyager" alumna will play Charlotte Morgan, a woman Kristen Cohen, played by Kelly Rowan, meets in rehab, the Hollywood Reporter said Wednesday.
"The O.C." is nominated for three Teen's Choice Awards and is to begin its third season on Fox Sept. 8.
