K&L Gates was named one of the 10 leading law firms worldwide for the number of private equity and venture capital deals and funds represented in 2008, said the Downtown firm, citing a ranking by Dow Jones Private Equity Analyst.
K&L Gates completed 357 private equity and venture capital deals last year. The firm ranked 16th in 2007.
