Lady Vulcans host Wheeling Jesuit

California University's women basketballers are home today with Wheeling Jesuit at 6 p.m.

The Lady Cards are 1-1 after splitting two games in the Howard Johnston Tip-Off Tournament at Grove City.

Wheeling Jesuit downed Walsh, 65-59, after losing in overtime to Cedarville, 78-75.

Wheeling Jesuit is led in scoring by junior Jill Yoder and senior Erin Mason.

Yoder poured in 23 points in the loss to Cedarville with Mason averaging 14 points.

Last year Wheeling Jesuit went 20-9 with a 63-57 overtime win at home over California.

The Lady Vulcans are 2-0 following home wins over St. Vincent and nationally ranked Bentley.
