Lame healer

I need some clarification on how Sen. John Kerry will cause the crippled to rise from their wheelchairs and walk.

Will the healing take place by faith alone, or must the infirm be in Mr. Kerry's presence before the miracle can occur?

Will healing take place only if Kerry actually places his hands upon the unfortunate?

Will Kerry bless his followers with healing powers, too, so that John Edwards, Ted Kennedy, and Bill and Hillary Clinton can also heal?

As a Christian, I'd really like answers. As far as I know, we are still waiting for the Second Coming.
