Cycling champion Lance Armstrong and his rocker girlfriend, Sheryl Crow, are getting married.

Armstrong released a statement Monday announcing Crow accepted his proposal last week while the two were vacationing in Sun Valley, Idaho, "Entertainment Tonight" reported.

Armstrong retired from racing after winning his seventh Tour de France in July.

He and Crow, who live together in Austin, Texas, have been dating since early 2004, "ET" said.

It will be the first marriage for Crow and the second for Armstrong, a father of three.
