Lebanese infiltrate north Israel
Two Lebanese citizens crossed into Israel through the Lebanese-Israeli border Monday without being spotted by the Lebanese authorities, security sources said.
Lebanon's National News Agency (NNA) quoted the sources as saying that the infiltrators were taken away by an Israeli military patrol which waited for them on the other side of the border.
There were no immediate information about the identity of the infiltrators, but police were searching for the driver who gave them a lift all the way to the border.
Israeli army sources, in the meantime, spoke of three Lebanese infiltrators, a man and his two sons.
They said the infiltrators were taken away for interrogation and that they will be returned back to Lebanese territory once investigation is completed.
