A man has confessed to lighting a fire at a Kohl's department store in Castle Rock, Colo., the Denver Post reported Saturday. Shane Axmacher confessed to the crime, which injured two store employees and caused $75,000 worth of damage, after being arrested Friday. The Castle Rock Fire Department had received a tip that Axmacher was involved in the fire Tuesday that destroyed three racks of clothing and forced the store to close for two days. Police said the motive was still unclear and they were still investigating the blaze Saturday. © Copyright 2004 by United Press International
