State police are looking for a man who wielded a shotgun during a robbery at a Fayette County pizza shop Saturday evening.

The man carried the weapon and a camouflage bag into the Fox's Pizza on McClellandtown Road in German Township at 8:15 p.m. and demanded cash, according to a state police news release.

The suspect told the 19-year-old female employee that he was having a “bad day,” and the employee put money from the cash register into the suspect's bag, police said. He fled on foot. Police did not say how much money was taken.

Employees described the suspect as a white man, between 5 feet, 10 inches and 6 feet tall, weighing about 180 pounds with dark-colored eyes. He was wearing black gloves, camouflage pants and jacket, a white T-shirt and a camouflage mask. The shotgun had a long barrel with a wood stock. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 724-415-1012.
