Mastech Holdings Inc. completed its spinoff today from parent company iGate Corp.

An information technology services provider, Mastech had been part of Findlay-based iGate's professional services business segment since 2000. Much of iGate's revenue comes from its Global Solutions outsourcing unit in India.

Now, Mastech will remain headquartered in Robinson, led by current management. The company forecasts revenue of $93 million to $95 million this year, and a profit of $3.5 million to $4 million.

"We are excited about Mastech's prospects as an independent company and our mission of creating long-term value for its shareholders," CEO Steve Shangold said.
