A McCandless man is asking a judge to declare him a partial owner of a popular South Side nightclub.

David Santa filed a lawsuit last week in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court against the owners of Elixir Ultra Lounge on East Carson Street. Santa sued John Viszlay, Sandra Viszlay, both of Butler County, and Danielle Viszlay, address not available.

Santa claims he and John Viszlay were business partners for Bash nightclub in the Strip District. Santa said he came up with the idea to open Elixir in 2006 and the parties agreed he would be part-owner, according to the lawsuit. Santa has not received any profits from the business, the lawsuit states.
