Medical records of missing student sent
Authorities are using medical records of a missing Illinois college coed in an effort to identify the body of a black woman found inside a burned building.
The dental and medical records of 21-year-old Olamide Adeyooye were sent to Berkeley, Miss., after a body was found inside an old chicken house that caught fire Oct. 17, an investigator for the Newton County, Miss., sheriff's department told the Peoria Journal Star.
Adeyooye was last seen Oct. 13 when she left her apartment near the Illinois State University campus to rent a movie. She was reported missing Oct. 15 by family members.
Adeyooye was to graduate in December with a degree in criminal laboratory sciences. Her green 1996 Toyota Corolla, with Illinois license tags LBG 927, also is missing.
