Mill Run settles for tie with High Strung Racing

High Strung Racing scored six runs in the sixth inning to erase a 7-2 deficit and earn an 8-8 tie with visiting Mill Run in County League action Thursday night.

Jeff Lapkowicz homered and doubled for High Strung Racing. Mill Run finished with 10 hits. Bobby Fulton doubled to account for Mill Run's lone extra-base hit.

Mill Run (13-14-1) will visit Blue Mountain tonight.

Bud Murphy's vs. Potter's Clubhouse

Bud Murphy's (16-12) received a forfeit victory over Potter's Clubhouse on Thursday. Bud Murphy's will visit Phil's Tire tonight.

Palomino League

Connellsville vs. North Hills

The West Region, East Zone opener between Connellsville and North Hills was rained out. The game will be played today at Highfield Park in Butler.
