Police say a mother and stepfather chopped up the body of their 22-year-old son in Brooklyn and dumped it in two garbage bags near the Long Island Rail Road. Police found the remains Thursday afternoon along LIRR tracks near Ocean Avenue in Midwood, the New York Post reported Friday. The young man fled a mental-health facility in East New York and returned to his parents' New York City home in January.
