Mount Carmel Christian School will hold graduation exercises at 7 p.m. Thursday.
The invocation will be given by the Rev. Gary Smith, father of a graduating senior. Sherwood Edwards, principal of the school, will extend the welcome, followed by Scripture reading by the class president, Stephen Turkovich. A program of addresses and special music will follow.
Sarah Miller will deliver the valedictory address. Anugraha Edwards and Megan Moore will deliver the salutatory addresses. Each member of the senior class will present a reading. Musical numbers will be presented by the school vocal choir and tone chime choir, under the direction of Ruthann Bigley and accompanied by Esther Edwards. The commencement challenge will be given by Dr. Norman Marks, pastor of the Mountain View Bible Church, Hummelstown, Pa. Lee Hixson, father of a graduate, will give the benediction.

Michael James Abbott, Jr. is the son of Michael and Anita Abbott of Connellsville. He has attended Mount Carmel Christian School for 13 years and plans to enroll at Westmoreland County Community College, studying business management.
Kristina Bethanne Burd is the daughter of Tom and Ruth Ann Burd of Connellsville. She has attended Mount Carmel Christian School for 13 years and plans to enroll at Westmoreland County Community College. Her field of study is undecided.
Colleen Elaine Crowe is the daughter of Carla Brown and Neil Brown of Mount Pleasant. She has attended Mount Carmel Christian School for 9 years and plans to enroll at Westmoreland County Community College, where she will study medical coding.
Tawyna Lee Crowe is the daughter of Carla Brown and Neil Brown of Mount Pleasant. She has attended Mount Carmel Christian School for nine years and plans to enroll in the Pittsburgh Beauty Academy in Greensburg.
Renee Jean Duvall is the daughter of Tim and Hollie Duvall of Greensburg. She has attended Mount Carmel Christian School for 13 years and plans to enroll at Seton Hill University to study music education.
Anugraha Hannah Edwards is the daughter of Dr. Dilawar and Esther Edwards of Uniontown. She has attended Mount Carmel Christian School for 11 years. She plans to enroll in a Christian college and study Bible and music.
William Zimmerman Hixson is the son of Lee and Julie Hixson of Darragh. He has attended Mount Carmel Christian School for 7 1/2 years. He plans to enroll at Bob Jones University, where he will study culinary arts.
Seth Abraham Jones is the son of Edward and Joyce Jones of Mount Pleasant. He has attended Mount Carmel Christian School for 13 years. He plans to enroll at Seton Hill University to study business.
Michael Edward Kane is the son of Michael and Claudette Kane of Greensburg. He has attended Mount Carmel Christian School for two years. He plans to enroll at LeTourneau University majoring in computer engineering.
Amy Renae Lewis is the daughter of Carl and Ruth Lewis of Connellsville. She has attended Mount Carmel Christian School for 13 years. She plans to enroll at Mount Vernon Nazarene University, majoring in youth ministries.
Ashley Nicole Lewis is the daughter of Carl and Ruth Lewis of Connellsville. She has attended Mount Carmel Christian School for 13 years. She plans to enroll at Mount Vernon Nazarene University, majoring in youth ministries.
Nina Marie Matone is the daughter of Charles and Louise Matone of Greensburg. She has attended Mount Carmel Christian School for four years. She plans to enroll at Liberty University, where she will major in communications.
Melinda Grace Mayle is the daughter of Dexter and Linda Mayle of Greensburg. She has attended Mount Carmel Christian School for 13 years. She plans to attend college, but her field of study and college choice are yet to be decided.

Kelly Marie Mulhorn is the daughter of J. Matthew and Peggy Mulhorn of Mount Pleasant. She has attended Mount Carmel Christian School for 13 years. She plans to enroll at Bob Jones University, where she will major in nursing.
Brian Michael Reed is the son of David and Cheryl Reed of Mount Pleasant. He has attended Mount Carmel Christian School for nine years. He plans to enroll at the Pittsburgh Technical Institute, majoring in electronic technology.
Eric James Schoen, Jr. is the son of Elaine Schoen and the late Eric Schoen of Scottdale. He has attended Mount Carmel Christian School for seven years, and plans to pursue the field of law enforcement.
Gary John Smith, Jr. is the son of Gary and Carolyn Smith of Smithfield. He has attended Mount Carmel Christian School for 12 years, and plans to enroll at Bob Jones University. His major is undecided.
Rebecca Joy Statler is the daughter of Robert and Sheri Statler of Greensburg. She has attended Mount Carmel Christian School for five years. She plans to enroll at LaRoche College, majoring in interior design.
Stephen Lee Turkovich is the son of Tony and Peggy Turkovich of Tarrs. He has attended Mount Carmel Christian School for 13 years. He plans to enroll at Cedarville University and major in marketing/management.
