NEP Broadcasting acquires Sweetwater and Hi Definition

NEP Broadcasting LLC, Pittsburgh, said Tuesday it has acquired the theater-scale, digital projection and remote video production companies Sweetwater and Hi Definition.

NEP provides broadcast and media services to networks, production companies and event producers.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
