New Saks Off 5th store to open

A new Saks Off 5th store will open May 27 at the Tanger Factory Outlet in Washington County, with 43 employees.

Saks will occupy a 23,500-square-foot store which has been empty since construction.

The only other Off 5th store in Pennsylvania is in Franklin Mills, outside Philadelphia.
