Education: 1966 graduate of University of Nebraska and 1969 graduate of Harvard University School of Law. Occupation: Attorney and full-time professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law since 1975. Background: Chairman of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Elder Law section, recognizing a practice of law that deals with issues involving older Pennsylvanians. He has written several books and teaches courses on elder law. Noteworthy: Nominated by Gov. Ed Rendell and approved by vote of the state Senate to the Pennsylvania Council of Aging.
