Denise Duncan 49 Swissvale Son, Sean, 18 Duncan was recently named the co-winner of the monthly Lucchino Award for Distinguished Service by Allegheny County Chief Executive Jim Roddey. She is manager of the county’s print shop and has worked for the county for 16 years. The shop prints about 8 million pieces a year. She used to direct an art and advertising department for a magazine in Florida. “I’m very surprised and honored to have received this award. I give a lot of credit to my staff.” — By Brian Nearing
