The award will support her enrollment in the institute's Entrepreneurial Fellows Program, which helps leaders of high-growth enterprises develop strategic plans.

Background: Fox was a WTAE-TV reporter and news anchor from 1976 until 1986. In 1997, after tapping her video storytelling skills to create training videos for physicians, she formed Fox Learning Systems. The business harnesses Internet and telecommunications innovations to train professional and nonprofessional caregivers to improve the quality of elder care nationwide.
