Lebanon Family: Husband, David, and two daughters, Emily, 16, and Olivia, 15 Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications and marketing from Shippensburg University in Cumberland County Occupation: Yoga instructor and practitioner of Reiki, a Japanese technique for stress reduction Background: Tant’s mother practiced yoga, so Tant became familiar with it as a child and took her first yoga class as a teenager. Five years ago, she began teaching yoga and now is an instructor for organizations across Mt. Lebanon. Noteworthy: Tant organizes a Karma Yoga Event on July 14 at the Mt. Even though (Invisible Children) is affecting kids millions of miles away, there’s still a connection. That’s what really holds us together. … If we can be of service to others, that is a wonderful thing.”
