Mike Lipay of Plum was inaccurate in his Aug. 18 letter when he said Penn State employees receive free- or discounted-tuition benefits at other colleges and universities (" Getting a free ride "). They receive no such benefit.
They also do not receive a profit by sending children to other colleges that are less expensive and then pocketing the difference.
