No one was injured this morning when the roof of a building collapsed in the Hill District. Pittsburgh police Sgt. Robert Miller said multiple calls were placed to emergency dispatchers at about 8 a.m. for a possible explosion. However, when police arrived at 2610 Bedford Ave. they found that an unoccupied building’s roof had collapsed. Miller said the incident posed no threat to any lives. The city Bureau of Building Inspection was called to the scene.
