The tests are graded on a 5-point scale, and students typically can get college credit for grades of 3 or higher. McGeever has taken three AP tests in physics and AP tests in chemistry, calculus, statistics, macroeconomics, microeconomics and U.S. government. Last year, 128,544 students took the tests. This year, he is taking three online AP courses -- computer science, English and composition and U.S. history.

Quote: "I just like to know stuff. It's a lot of fun to learn all this stuff. The more I learn, the more I connect all the things I know. The math is more interesting when you know the history of the mathematician who created the formula."
