Kelsie Sinagra Residence: Ross Age: 14 Family: Parents, George and Michelle; and a brother, Garret, 17 School: Kelsie will be a sophomore at North Hills High School. Noteworthy: She is this year’s Miss Pennsylvania Junior Teen. She recently was selected for the honor from a pool of 65 young woman. In November, she will travel to Orlando, Fla., to compete for the national title. Activities: At school, she is yearbook staff secretary and a member of the varsity track and field team. She enjoys dancing, spending time with friends, baby-sitting and skiing. Quote: “When my name was called as the winner, not only was it a dream come true but also quite a surprise to my family and myself. I am very thankful that I am being honored for my hard work, and I am very excited to now be a reigning queen.”
