'Ocean's Twelve' tops U.S. box office

"Ocean's Twelve," distributed by Warner Bros., topped the U.S. box office after grossing $41 million in its debut week, estimated boxofficemojo.com. In its premier week, "Blade: Trinity," distributed by New Line grossed $16 million, while Buena Vista's "National Treasure" made $9 million for a total box office of $124 million. "The Polar Express," distributed by Warner Bros., added $9.7 million to bring its box office to $110 million and "Christmas with the Kranks," distributed by Sony Revolution, made $7.6 million for a total box office of $54 million. Buena Vista's "The Incredibles," earned $5 million, upping its total box office to $233 million. Paramount's "The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie" made $4 million, increasing its box office to $74 million, while Sony's "Closer" took in $3.8 million for a total box office of $14 million. "Finding Neverland," distributed by Miramax, made a total $1.7 million for a total box office of $14 million.
