Swedish technology group and exchange operator OMX AB is buying Iceland's Libra Financial Software, a software company.
Libra, which provides securities processing and loan management software and services, and its employees will be transferred to OMX Technology, Finextra.com reported Monday.
Libra has more than 20 customers in Iceland, including Kaupthing Bank, and supplies a range of applications for securities processing, pension and loan management.
The purchase price was not immediately available.
