One Direction, the latest boy-band craze, already has announced tour dates for next summer, including a stop July 8, 2013, at Consol Energy Center in Uptown.

Earlier this month, One Direction became the first U.K.-based group to debut their first album, “Up All Night,” at No. 1 in the United States.

Tickets for the Consol Energy show will go on sale at 10 a.m. April 21, 2012, at the arena box office, www.livenation.com , Ticketmaster outlets and at 800-745-3000.
