Putting drug dealers in jail has not solved the drug problem; it only has increased the costs and, in some cases, put the innocent to their death.

In July 1995, then-House Speaker Newt Gingrich said, 'Quit playing games on illegal drugs, and either vote to legalize them or adopt penalties severe enough to get rid of them.'

I believe we should make these drugs legal and less profitable. This will solve the problem, folks; it's the only way.
