Open Arms Ministry is hosting a Tupperware party at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Indian Head Church of God social room. Everyone is invited. Please bring a friend. There will be refreshments served. Proceeds will be used to further outreach programs.
The Continuing Education Credit Program at Champion Christian School will host "Discovering Your Motivational Patterns in Leadership" from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 15 at its North Campus in Donegal. The annual Champion Christian School Book Fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 15 at the North Campus. There will be thousands of new Christian books for all ages, 50 to 90 percent off.
The PTF at Champion Christian School has reserved Divito Park for a night of Christian Skating and Fellowship. They are inviting Church Youth Groups and Friends and Family of Champion Christian School to join them. It will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Cost is $5 per person and includes both ice and roller skating and skate rental. Group leaders are admitted free. Christian music will be playing over the public address system. The 2008 Annual Holiday Arts & Crafts Show will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 15 at the Donegal Community Center. There will be handmade crafts, homemade soups and sandwiches, Belgian waffles, funnel cakes and much more.

Back by popular demand, the Springfield Township Volunteer Hose Co. will hold old-fashioned buckwheat and pancake breakfasts on the second Saturday of each month on the following dates: Saturday, Dec. 13 and Jan. 10, Feb. 14 and March 14, 2009.
