Penn Hills police are looking for a man who robbed a mental health facility this morning.

Police said a black man carrying a handgun forced his way into the Lifesteps home, an independent living residence for people with mental retardation, on Union Green Drive at about 6:30 a.m.

The man made off with $112, a television, a stereo and the home's van, police said. No one was injured. The van is described as a blue late-model Dodge Caravan.
