Personality Test: Jon Rinaldo
Jon Rinaldo once booked a fairly large percentage of the national touring bands that came to Pittsburgh, through his company Joker Productions.
Now, he's got a new venture, Big Bash Entertainment Co., which books performers for the wedding, party and special-events markets. The current roster features 16 bands of different genres and four DJs, including a lot of familiar names in Pittsburgh: Jimmy Sapienza's Five Guys Named Moe (jazz), Nomad (country/rock), Boilermaker Jazz Band (New Orleans-style jazz), The Boogie Hustlers (funk) and Bon Journey (Bon Jovi and Journey covers). Details can be found at bigbashentertainment.com.
