Pete and Bridgette Sampras have a son

Tennis champ Pete Sampras and actress Bridgette Wilson-Sampras are the proud parents of a second son, People magazine reported Tuesday.

Ryan Nikolaos Sampras was born Friday in Los Angeles. He was 6 pounds, 4 ounces, People said.

A representative for the couple issued a statement saying: "Mother and son are doing great."

Sampras, 33, and Wilson, 31, have a 2-year-old son, Christian.

Sampras retired from professional tennis in 2003 after racking up 14 grand slam titles in 15 years. Wilson's film credits include "The Wedding Planner" and "Billy Madison." They married in 2000.
