Megan Carter of Girl Scout Troop #50097, presented a children's boating safety class on Monday, Aug. 12, 2013, at the William E. Anderson Library of Penn Hills. Carter showed participants how to balance a boat to keep it afloat, and how to properly wear boating safety gear.
