Olivia Galluzzo, 8, of Sewickley blows off the excess glitter as she puts a colorful temporary tattoo on the arm of grandfather Tom Eberle of Hampton during the second annual Owen Galluzzo Memorial Picnic at War Memorial Park in Sewickley on Monday, Sept. 5, 2016. The event is held in memory of Owen Galluzzo—Olivia's brother and Tom's grandson—who died in 2014 at age 9 from complications related to heart surgery. Proceeds from the picnic will go to the Owen Galluzzo Memorial Fund, a permanent endowment by the Pittsburgh Foundation, which supports medically fragile children in Western Pennsylvania.
